PhotoBox Professional Galleries

Introduction
Our pro gallery service allows you to showcase your images and offer prints and gifts for sale to the general public at retail prices that you decide. Your gallery can be set up in minutes with no joining fees. All orders benefit from our award-winning printing and fulfilment services. You can make any of your PhotoBox albums into a professional gallery by logging in to your account and clicking "create a pro gallery" at the top of your albums page (in the "Great Ideas" section).

How to get started
Once you have created a pro gallery, click on the Gallery Account Settings link to set your gallery name, description, logo and contact details. You can also choose to have your gallery feature in our Pro Gallery Index if you wish. Next, click on the Products link to choose what products you want to offer and the prices you want to charge.

Now go back to your albums page and click "share this album" for the album(s) containing your gallery photos, and select the "gallery" option. You can now click Visit Gallery to open your gallery in a new window and see how it looks.

Your images
To use this service your images must be in JPEG format (RGB colour space). Each uploaded image should be of a suitable size and quality for printing.

Your revenue and payment
When a purchase is made from your gallery we calculate your revenue and credit this amount to your PhotoBox account. Your revenue is calculated as the difference between the retail price that you set (excluding the VAT) and our ex-VAT cost price (the usual price that we charge as published on our prices page) for each item ordered, less a 10% commission on the difference. The resulting revenue figure is credited to your online account and may be used to pay for purchases from us.

If you wish to convert your account balance into a payment to yourself or to a nominated UK charity, then you can request this in writing, up to once a month and only if your balance is over £50. Please note that payment will only be by BACS directly to a UK bank account.
